You’ll send an introduction email to your client, and I’ll set up a time for a 20-minute interview. My goal is to minimize the time your client needs to spend while ensuring I get the information I need. I’ll also conduct a 20-minute interview with someone on your team to fill in details.


Finally, I’ll create the customer story, along with accompanying sidebars and pull quotes that will make the story easy to digest. We’ll make any revisions that you’d like, and then you can send the document to your client for approval or final revision requests. I’ll create a final draft and deliver the copy to you in a plug-and-play format.
