Hi, I’m Laura MacPherson.
Ideally is my thought leadership content consultancy. I first discovered the power of thought leadership while working with the marketing team at Sigma (a Snowflake BI Partner) in 2019. We designed a content marketing engine that skyrocketed high-score leads and drove millions in revenue.
Why was the content so successful? Two reasons. 1) We had a compelling point of view that resonated with our audience. 2) We wove in sales techniques like addressing the status quo bias to speed the path to purchase. We experimented a lot and landed on a content framework that attracted perfect-fit prospects.
Since then, I’ve been lucky to work with some of the best-performing teams in tech, including Front, Passport, Withings, Knowde, and more. I keep honing my approach as I see what works best and why.
Today, I’m focused on helping marketing teams and thought leaders focused on innovation and social impact — mostly in health tech and gov tech.
