The Project
I worked with the marketing team to create a fresh approach to case studies, mining customer interviews for nuggets that brought the stories to life. At the same time, the new customer stories clearly communicate the “before” and the “after,” with a focus on the role Front played in empowering customers’ success.
These stories drove a signficant boost in traffic to the website, increased time-on-page, and led visitors to further explore Front’s solutions. Additionally, the sales team integrated the customer stories into their routine processes to accelerate the sales cycle.
