At the same time, the new customer stories clearly communicate the “before” and the “after,” with a focus on the role Front played in empowering customers’ success.

These stories drove a signficant boost in traffic to the website, increased time-on-page, and led visitors to further explore Front’s solutions. Additionally, the sales team integrated the customer stories into their routine processes to accelerate the sales cycle.
